We aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. We host some of the best designers from across the world and deliver products of great quality. In case of an event of return/refund/exchange occurs, please follow the steps below:
For domestic and international brands:
Once the order is place, we will not be able to cancel the orders.
Each of our Spunky partners have a different return policy. While some brands allow returns, some do not.
For domestic brands: Whether a brand allows returns or not, it would be mentioned in the product details in the product page. In case you would want to recheck, please feel free to reach out to us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Some brands only allow returns if the product is defected or there is a size issue, so please make sure you have checked all the details correctly. If you want to initiate a return, please send an email on email@example.com with all the details (order number, reason etc.) and we will only be able to tell you then whether the return is processed or not.
If the return is processed, items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Footwear, accessories and swimwear items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Exchange and refunds:
Exchange: In the event of any sizing issue and any defects in the product (like holes/tear in the cloth/any issue in the finishing of the product), you may exchange the product. The exchange shall be for the same product only. All requests of exchange shall be entertained up to a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. The courier charges for exchange need to be borne by the customer.
Refunds: We do not offer any refunds.
In certain circumstances, Spunky may decide, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary to cancel a confirmed order and make appropriate refund and pay out decisions. This may be for reasons where Spunky believes in good faith, while taking the legitimate interests of both parties into account, this is necessary to avoid significant harm to Spunky, and the purchasers.
In the event of sale, products once sold are considered final purchases and they cannot be exchanged or returned.
